Moving!

Hello Lovelies,

How are you doing this beautiful morning?  I hope you're doing well and you're feeling the positivity radiating around you!  I suppose it might not be morning when you read this, but I hope that whatever time it may be, you're feeling the universe working with you.  I just wanted to do a quick check in, say hi, not really get into anything too heavy today.  I also wanted to say I hope you had a great Shambhala Day, a great Chinese New Year, or a great Mardi Gras, whatever you celebrate, they were all happening in the last few days, so I'm hoping that if any of you celebrate any of those holidays that you did so in fabulous style.

So, I know that I said usually my life seems very bland and not so very exciting to me, but there is a bit of exciting stuff happening in the next few days, I'm moving!  Yay!  So, for those of you that don't know, Jordan, my husband, was transferred up to Washington with his job, so we left Oregon and came up here, but we've been living in this fully furnished short term rental.  That doesn't sound so bad, except for the fact that we are basically living out of suitcases.  Because it's fully furnished, sure we don't need towels and dishes, but we also have nowhere for our towels and dishes to go, so they've been sitting in the living room in boxes, super yay.  Same for everything we own, it's been sitting in boxes in the living room for a month now.  I just want to be able to have my furniture around me, be able to watch Netflix(because the PS3 is packed up somewhere, though I know we could watch on the computer), be able to not have to feel like I'm living in a temporary situation with someone else's stuff everywhere.  It's just trying.  So I am beyond ready to finally be moving into our own place, and we're going to sign the lease on Friday, hopefully, and then we'll move in over the weekend, phew!  So yes, I'm relieved.  That being said, I may be a little stingy on the postings for the next few days as I get everything ready to move, do the actual move, and then start moving stuff in.  So, bear with me, we'll get through this together!  I'll do my best to post, but depending on how busy I am, no guarantees!  I'm so grateful to have you all here, and I will certainly do my best to keep you up to date on all the crazy existential thoughts that are going through my head, but until then, we might be entering a bit of a dry spell.

Anyway, I guess that's about it for today.  I'm about to head to work, I'm thinking positive thoughts, trying to continue my new year in the best way possible.  So, I hope everyone has a great day, or had a great day, and I'll chat with you soon!  Let me know in the comments if you guys have any crazy tips for moving, I'll gladly take any I can get!  If there are any moving life hacks, hook a girl up!  I'm interested :)

xoxo
Kayla
